From April 6, 2020, the process in the National Bureau of Enforcement will be simplified and electronic. At the same time, under the state of emergency, different regulations will apply to some services, namely:
- The National Bureau of Enforcement will receive / register applications and register for any type of service through the citizen's portal https://www.my.gov.ge or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org among them: enforcement proceedings, simplified proceedings, insolvency proceedings, etc.
- The proceedings will begin without the original of the writ of execution. The creditor is obliged to present it within 10 working days after the state of emergency. In case of falsification of documents, the represented person will be held criminally liable;
- Real estate valuation and description within the framework of enforcement proceedings will be carried out by external inspection and using data stored in the National Agency of Public Registry.
